Shipping Information

Australian Customers

All orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post.  Please note that all engraving orders and initial necklace orders commence every Friday and take 5 working days to complete. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

You must provide a business address or an address where someone can sign for the delivery. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect once the parcel is sent. 

All diamond orders can take up to 4 weeks to produce. Once your order is placed we will contact you with an estimate time frame. Diamond orders will be sent via Australia Courier Post.

Free express shipping on orders over $500.

International Customers

Recreational offers a flat rate of $35 express worldwide shipping.  Please note that all engraving orders and initial necklace orders commence every Friday and take 5 working days to complete.

International deliveries will be sent using Australian Post Express courier service. Transit time is between 5-14 working days from time of dispatch. This may vary depending on the shipping destination.

All diamond orders can take up to 4 weeks to produce and prices quoted are subject to change. Once your order is placed we will contact you with an estimate time frame. Diamond orders will be sent via FedEx.

Returns & Exchanges

Once an item(s) has been purchased and received it cannot be returned because the purchaser changed their mind.

If a non personalised item is purchased as a gift and the recipient wishes it to be exchanged for an alternative item the purchaser must return the item unworn and in it’s original packaging within 7 working days to Recreational Studio using a ‘sign on delivery’ postal method and will need to fund the return postage of the alternative item.

No exchanges or refunds are offered on items that have been personalised. Please note we personalise exactly what is on your order placed via www.recreationalstudio.com

Faulty or damaged goods

We take care to ensure that our products are quality checked before being dispatched. However if an item does reach you in a damaged condition please inform us via email (hello@recreationalstudio.com) immediately. We shall request that the product is returned unworn and in it’s original packaging for a replacement to be dispatched if deemed faulty. If an item is returned to our studio it will be checked by our quality control team. Please note we do not cover return postage costs for non faulty items. Return postage costs need to be covered by the sender. 

If an item is faulty please inform us within 28 days of receiving the product. If you inform us later than 28 days we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Taxes & Duties

All international deliveries are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. As the recipient you are liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Recreational will not be held responsible for any additional charges incurred by your country.
